Riva Marina

Carovigno, 1971-2009
This was Nicola’s first commission as architect, in 1971. Together with his brother, ing. Antonio Laghezza, he planned a 50 acres summer village. After long events and different properties, Riva Marina is now a reality close to the sea of Specchiolla.

The whole village consists of three parts: Riva Marina 1 (private apartments with garden, shared swimming pool and tennis courts), Riva Marina 2 (private apartments with garden and common services), Riva Marina Resort, which has been inaugurated in 2009
