House by the sea and Casa Socrate

Torre Santa Sabina, 2008-2009.

The private housing estate was built after the demolition of an old and abandoned hotel. The compound consists of 11 independent apartments that respect volume and shape of the previously existing building.

The infinite view of the open and changing sea enriches the project.
